Administrative HistoryRock Ferry Wesleyan Circuit was formed in 1888 from Birkenhead Wesleyan Circuit. Birkenhead Primitive Methodist Second a1. Mount Tabor Circuit was formed in 1895 from Birkenhead Primitive Methodist Circuit. Rock Ferry Wesleyan Circuit and Birkenhead Primitive Methodist Circuit amalgamated in 1933 to form Birkenhead South Circuit, re - named Bebington Circuit in 1943.
