Administrative HistoryEllesmere Port Wesleyan Circuit was formed in 1912 from Chester Wesleyan Circuit. In 1934 Ellesmere Port Wesleyan Circuit amalgamated with Ellesmere Port Primitive Methodist Circuit to form Ellesmere Port Circuit.
