| Description | The minutes of the Council 1894-98 are lost. There are printed, unsigned minutes of Council and Committees 1898-1915. Signed minutes of Council and Committees are kept in separate series 1914-1939. From 1939 onwards minutes of Council and Committees are bound together. There is also a separate series of subcommittee minutes 1942-1964, and a number of files of reports to committees. |
