Description	Printed volumes of minutes and reports of the Runcorn Improvement Commissioners, Sep 1884-Dec 1894 and of the Urban District Council from Jan 1895. They include Free, later Public Library annual reports from 1890/1 to 1944/5, Medical Officer of Health reports from 1892/3 to 1951/2, and Technical Institute reports 1896/7-1902/3. The series include some volumes of signed minutes.
