| Administrative History | The agreements were originally entered into by Cheshire Lines Committee, London and North Western Railway Company; St Helens Canal and Railway Company, Warrington and Altrincham Junction Railway Company and the Wigan Junction Railways Company. It appears that the files were then integrated into a single series, with file reference prefix PSA. For the purposes of dispersing the records in accordance with the existing agreement (see file 14/5), the files have been taken out of this series and re-allocated to the original companies. |
