Administrative History	An ancient parish church, serving the Cheshire townships of Dodleston and Lower Kinnerton, and the Flintshire township of Higher Kinnerton. The former Primitive Methodist Chapel at Higher Kinnerton was purchased and licensed for divine service in 1853, and licensed for baptisms in 1868. Higher Kinnerton National School was licensed in its stead in 1893, and was used until the church of All Saints, Higher Kinnerton was built and consecrated in 1894 as a chapel of ease.
