Physical Description	Baptism register Apr 1947-May 1950 is badly damaged with many pages torn.
Administrative History	Opened in 1831 as a chapel to Bebington. In 1842 it became the parish church for Tranmere. For later records, see also the parishes of Birkenhead St. Paul, Claughton Christ Church, Claughton St. Michael, Lower Tranmere St. Luke, and Tranmere St. Paul.
