Reversion of messuage called Worralls or Piersons or Gerrards in Acton leased by Joseph Gerrard deceased to Jenkinson Sudlow for 3 lives and now in possession of the overseers of the poor. premises conveyed by 1, Joseph, John and Hannah 2, and 3 to 4 with consent of William Mannifold and Rachael 2. Consideration: £320 paid by William Mannifold 2 to 3 with consent of 1 and Joseph, John and Hannah 2; 5s. paid by 4 to 1, 2 and 3. Recites that by his will 19 Feb. 1731/2 Joseph Gerrard, now deceased, devised land in Acton, of which these premises form part, to his exors. to be sold and the profits to be distributed among his younger children; that subsequently 4 and 1 conveyed to Robert Radley 4 loonds of land in Wetnall Townfield in Acton, and a field called Sants Hill in Acton for £170.
