Description	An appeal by the Overseers of the Poor of Church Hulme against an Order requiring them to remove & maintain William Yarwood, Hannah (his wife), Joseph (age 3) & Jane and Mary (age 2) from the township of Middlewich. The appeal was upheld and Middlewich was ordered to pay £2-10s-0p to Church Hulme.
