Description	The apprentice Charles Whitaker (age 15) ( a poor boy ) of Church Hulme is bound to Francis Turner of Brereton cum Smethwick until the age of 21 years to learn the trade of Bricklayer. John Kent (overseer of the poor of Church Hulme) paid Francis Turner the sum of £7-0s-0d in consideration of this apprenticeship.
