Samuel Irton Fell, clerk, incumbent of Marple, John Goddard of Marple, schoolmaster, Aaron Eccles of same, gentleman Triangular plot of land 627 sq.yds. as shown on plan in Marple, formerly part of Erkinsough Meadow, with building thereon erected used as a Day and Sunday School. premises conveyed to 2 on trust to continue use of buildings during the week as a day school for children of those who pay fees as settled by 2 to the master or mistress, and on Sundays as a Sunday School for poor children.
