| Administrative History | The school, originally known as Athey Street Council School, was opened in 1913. The senior mixed department became Parkroyal Secondary Modern School (see SL 499) in 1945, drawing pupils from the north and west of Macclesfield. The junior and infant departments became Parkroyal County Primary School in that year. |
