Administrative History | A coeducational secondary modern school existed from about 1940 on the Wycliffe Avenue site. The boys' school moved to the Hough in 1963. The two establishments amalgamated in 1978 to form Thorngrove Comprehensive School. This was then merged with Harefield County High School (the former boys' grammar school) and Dean Row County High School (the former girls' grammar school) to form Wilmslow County High School in 1984. |
