| Administrative History | Draft minutes of Council and committee meetings were kept and were the basis from which the Council and committee minute books were compiled. From 1872, printed agendas and attendance lists were preserved with the draft Council minutes. Draft Council minutes survive from 1835 to 1955 and draft committee minutes from 1869 to 1896. The first volume of draft Council minutes also includes draft Finance Committee minutes. |
