These buildings, now demolished, stood on the east side of Park Street, and consisted of a dwelling house near the Newgate, between Park Street and the city walls, a middenstead adjoining this dwelling house on the north, and a building, formerly a stable, coach house and shippon, adjoining the dwelling house on the south
