Purchased from George Parker, William Boden and others, 1878.
This property consisted of two dwelling houses on the east side of Crook St., in 1878 numbered 22 and 24, and also of Lambs Court situated at the rear of Nos. 22 and 24, with its cottages and outhouses. Lambs Court was formerly known as Fourpenny Alley. The property was purchased by Chester Corporation under powers conferred on them under the Public Health Act, 1875, and is now demolished
