Plot is situated in the precincts of the Cathedral Church, bounded on E. by messuage forming Red Lion Inn now in occupation of Edward Ellis, on S. by other part of the same Cale Yards, in occupation of Sarah Rutter, waggoner, and on the W. and N. by the Infant school.

Rent: 10/- p.a. - 5/- each to 1 and their successors, prebendaries, in two equal half yearly payments
