Administrative HistoryPurchased from James Ditchfield and Emily Kempe in 1925.
This property originally included a granary and later a stable, but the latter had been replaced by a garden by 1863. The Corporation rented the property from 1913 until they acquired it in 1925. It was resold in 1973
