Administrative History | Administrative History These premises, now demolished, comprised two adjoining dwelling houses on the north side of Watergate Street, one adjoining the east side of Goss Street; the shop underneath part of these; two adjoining dwelling houses on the east side of Goss Street; two leasehold shops on the north side of Watergate Street, one adjoining the east side of Goss Street, and the other above it in the Row, and known as 'The Swan'. One dwelling house in Goss Street was conveyed to the Corporation by William Windsor in 1881, in exchange for two adjoining shops in Watergate Street, and one shop in Watergate Street Row |
