DescriptionConveyance from John Brayne Arthur Hostage, formerly of Chester but then of New York U.S.A., gentleman, to William Brown, silk mercer, of a piece of land on the west side of Northgate St., containing 570 square yards with the shop and dwelling house erected on part thereof and numbered 61 Northgate St., then in the occupation of T.R. Hincks, the six cottages with their outoffices adjoining on another part of the land, numbered 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 Valentine's Court and the blacksmith's shop and three cottages numbered 1,3 and 5 with the stable and outoffice on a further part of the land, on the south side of Valentine's Court, together with right of road between Valentine's Court and Northgate St.
