Conveyance from Elizabeth Edwards of Trevor Hall, widow; Edward Lloyd Edwards of Bryn Derog, esq; James Coster Edwards of Bryn Howell, esq., all of Llangollen, co. Denbigh the mortgagees Samuel Aston and William Aston, both of Wrexham, co. Denbigh, furniture dealers, to Chester Corporation of a piece of land at the rear of and adjoining 14 Watergate Street and Watergate Row North the property of the vendors containing 165 square yards, together with the smithy or workshop and buildings erected thereon known as Shaw's Smithy, then in the occupation of Charles Gill Shaw.
Endorsed: 'By a conveyance dated 11 Feb. 1972 Chester Corporation conveyed to S. Aston and Son Ltd. a piece of land 197 sq. yds. or thereabouts which is comprised in the within written conveyance'.
