Description	(Lawrence Smith, Mayor.). Former order [p. ZA/B/1/77 above] reaffirmed, concerning goods brought into the City to be sold in bulk; it is here made clear that the toll is a new custom, designed to raise money for the upkeep of the new Common Hall. (ZA/B/1/107) The rates are again set out. Roger Smythe, yeoman, appointed Keeper.
