Title	Orders re New Gate, re keeping of pigs

Description	The Wolf Gate, or New Gate, to be shut up once more. Former orders forbidding the keeping of swine within the City to be enforced, and no swine to be kept within forty feet of the walls. Resolved that the Mayor take action to try to prevent the imposition of a duty on sacks.
