Description	Jan. 28th. William Glaseor and William Aldersay to be disfranchised. (Note to effect that this cancelled by order of the Council on April 24th - deleted.). Feb. 16th. The independence of the City from the Chester Exchequer to be reaffirmed. The suits pending against the Mayor in the Chester Exchequer, concerning the Wolfgate, the bailiwick of the Bridge Street and the disfranchisement of William and John Aldersay, are to be defended as City causes.
