Description	The auditors appointed on July 2nd. are instructed to prepare their report as soon as possible, and to consider ways and means for the raising of the necessary money. Thomas Bildon, sergeant-at-mace, is reproved for refusing to do his duty. Ralph Thornton, merchant, is fined 1/8 for ill-mannerly behaviour towards the Mayor.
