DescriptionIn view of the fact that Mr. Cowper of London is taking legal action to recover his debts, and that Dutton has left the City without taking any steps to pay his, the Treasurers to collect immediately all arrears owing on leases, and to report what further sums will be required.
The Corn Market house, lately removed by Dutton to the east side of Northgate Street, to be returned to its original site.
The Sheriffs to continue to collect fines, and to pay the fee farm rent from the proceeds.
