DescriptionAuditors are appointed to take the accounts of the Sheriffs and the Treasurers for the preceding year.
Previous orders concerning the collection of fines are reaffirmed.
Regulations for ale and beer sellers to be given by the Mayor in accordance with the appropriate statute.
Following former orders [?] whereby the dispute between the Mere Merchants and the Retailers is to be defended as a City's cause, resolved that the financial side is to be arranged by an unnamed gentleman, and John Hankie and Robert Brocke are appointed "travelers".
Left undecided whether suit should be made to Parliament for the ratification of the City's fines.
