DescriptionElection of Ralph Jenyne, draper, and Ralph Radford, tanner, as Councilmen, in place of the new Sheriffs.
The Sheriffs to collect the fines, pay the fee farm rent, and £5 to the Treasurers; they are to keep the remainder and need not account. If they do not make a £5 profit, they may default in such amount as they think fit.
New overseers appointed for the work on the conduit.
Auditors appointed, their report to be ready before, Nov. 11th.
The Treasurers, not the Mayor as formerly, or any other person, are to collect the revenues and pay out expenses.
The Mayor offers to postpone receipt of his fee from Christmas until Easter, in order that the Treasurers may pay the fee farm rent outstanding.
