DescriptionElection of Richard roster the younger, tanner, and Godfrey Win, butcher, as Councilmen, in place of the Sheriffs.
Discussed what fine to be paid by Rath Rathburne, draper, for refusing election as Sheriff.
The fines owing from the two elected Sheriffs, neither of whom had been leevelookers, are remitted, as they were chosen against their own wishes.
The Sheriffs to collect the fines, and make the usual payments.

The petition of the Butchers not decided on, that the trading times permitted to foreign butchers might be reduced.
The Mayor to receive 40/- owing from his last mayoralty.
William Aldersay to have his bonds for the poor stock "made up". [returned to him?].
The profits from the bargain of Danish rye, to go to the relief of the poor.
