DescriptionOther persons besides William Wall are to keep supplies of powder and match for use of the City in times of need.
The hundred soldiers maintained for the defence of the City, to receive 6d. for each day's training.
George Flowers, pewterer, and Richard Powell, fletcher, (in view of the lack of a fletcher in the City) to be admitted, paying respectively 40/- and 53/4.
John Middleton, Sheriff Peer, now in reduced circumstances, to have an interest-free loan of £4 for one year.
