DescriptionThe suit to obtain a grant of "fines for common assurances", which is to be presented by Birkenhead and Warburton, the City's representatives in Parliament, to be paid for by a rate of £100; assessors appointed.
Derby, Walsingham and the Solicitor-General to be asked their opinions on the City's petitioning to obtain the Dover Pier customs (the grant of which has now expired) for the new haven.
The request of Lyniall to rent the Common Hall and the lofts over the new shambles for three years, at an annual rent of 40 marks, to be considered.
Hollinshed's lease to be submitted to the Recorder and then sealed.
