DescriptionPersons appointed to answer a letter from Mr. Richard Bold concerning the schoolmaster at Farnworth.
Mr. Henry Hardware to pay his fine of £20.
(ZA/B/1/239). Henry Annyon the elder to be given time for payment of the debt of the late John Delahey.
Henry Fells, apprenticed to the Mayor for five years only, at the request of Derby, Thomas Pooley, servant to Edward Halsall, Vice-Chamberlain of the Palatinate, Lewis Johnes, silkweaver, John Albright, Headmaster of the Free School, and William Grafton, gentleman., to be admitted paying 40/- each, except for Johnes who pays five marks.
A former order, imposing a fine of £20 on those persons chosen Sheriff who have not previously been Leevelooker, which has been frequently evaded, is reaffirmed in very strong terms, and the order signed by the Mayor.
