DescriptionThomas Heward to continue as one of the Council.
The auditors submit their report. The last year's Sheriffs to show why they should be permitted to retain a payment to them of 40/- from the Shoemakers.
The Treasurers to be responsible for the maintenance of the new conduit.
Various recognizances, forfeited by persons bound to the peace failing to appear, and by their sureties, and involving fines of up to £40, are reduced to 20/- each.
Humfrey Ellis, servant to Peter Warburton, Vice-Chamberlain of the Palatinate, to be admitted paying as an apprentice.
Thomas Johnson, boatman, servant to Thomas Moston of Moston Esq., Peter [sic] Blake, Thomas Asmore and Peter Selvy, to be admitted, Johnson paying 40/-, and the others £3 6 8.
Hugh Dodd not to be attorney in the courts of Portmote and Pentice.
The renewal discussed of Thomas Lyniall's fee farm of buildings on Dee Bridge.

Richard Wright not to reopen his inn.
