DescriptionElection of Edward Butlon as Councilman in place of Humfrey Reignolds, draper.
Thomas Case, attorney, to have a fee farm of the four posts supporting his new house in Bridge Street.
Richard Roberts, butcher, to have his bond to keep the peace dispensed with.
The petitions of Hill, Thropp, Modesley, and Poole, also similar petitions from Richard Bavand and Richard Rathburne, are now granted. All other persons requesting them to have similar fee farms, if they apply before next Christmas.
A recent practice forbidden, (fine £10) of erecting cottages and placing in them common labourers, whose families have inadequate means of support.
Edmund Gamull and David Lloid to go to London on the matter of Mr. Offley's recent bequest.
No toll to be levied on corn purchased direct by the user from Wirral or elsewhere.

Plays and bearbaitings are forbidden; emphasised that this is on the grounds of morality, not economy, and the Mayor authorised to make payments to bands of players visiting the City.
A deodand forgiven, at request of Thomas Moston, Esq.
Mr. Thomas Lawton and Mr. William Brock (son of the late Alderman Brock) to be retained as Counsel, at an annual fee of 53/4 each.
The petitions of Johnes and Fernaugh, for fee farms of their new properties in Eastgate Street, again considered; Fernaugh to have his, but Johnes to remain a tenant-at-will.
