Richard Barnes, farrier, to be admitted gratis, in view of the City's need of a farrier; and George Robinson, gentleman., married to a freeman's daughter, to be admitted paying 40/-. The petitions rejected of Hector Modesley, shoemaker, to be admitted, and of Richard Treneld to be the City paver. Thomas Dannold, glover, to have a fee farm of land at the Glovers Houses. Fee farms to be at 8d. a bay, and to be paid within three days of Michaelmas. The petition rejected of the sword-and mace-bearers, to have certain fees restored to them. Auditors are appointed. |
