DescriptionElection of Owen Harries, ironmonger, as Councilman in place of William Lea, ironmonger.
The 20/- to be distributed to prisoners at the Castle and the Northgate, under the terms of Robert Offley's bequest, to be expended by the Leevelookers on food for them.
Thomas Johnes and Randle Walker are now to have their loans, each finding three sureties.
David Denevet and Edward Kitchen to be admitted, each paying £3 6 8.
A report to be submitted to the Mayor, and the accounts to the auditors, on the raising and expenditure of the last highway rate.
