Description	Dec. 15th. Election of George Harpur, ironmonger, as Councilman in place of William Dodd, mercer. Appointment of Edmund Gamull and David Lloid to be overseers for the coming year of the Offley legacies. Jan. 26th. Election of Robert Bles as Councilman in place of Richard Richardson, cutler. Peter Wignall, innkeeper, and Robert Leeche, to be admitted each paying 5 marks.
