DescriptionOct. 19th. Two more persons chosen to join the old auditors, who are reappointed.
Nov. 9th. Richard, Bishop of Chester, to be admitted gratis.
No shops to be opened on Sundays.
The £100 formerly loaned to Edward Bathowe, and recently returned by him to the City, to be loaned to him again. A committee appointed to decide on the terms of the covenant.
(ZA/B/1/259v). The Sheriffs to collect the fines and to account for them, retaining 2/- in every pound for their trouble.
Aldermen and constables are reminded to make a monthly survey of their wards.
