DescriptionThe Mayor to investigate the standing of the sureties offered by the successful applicants for loans under William Offley's bequest.
Williams, servant to Henry Pigott (a freeman, but spending most of his time in London or Oxford) not to be admitted.
At the recommendation of the Recorder, a committee appointed to investigate and report on the fees charged in the various City courts.
All persons in debt to the City are ordered to pay up forthwith.
