Title	Note re appointment of Sheriff's Clerk

Description	Note of choice of the Recorder, Rauf Wryne, to be Sheriffs' clerk in the Pentice Court, and resolution that the clerkship shall always be filled by the assent of the whole Assembly, in accordance with the charter of Henry VII.
