DescriptionThe Mayor of Dublin having recently forbidden Dublin merchants to trade with Chester, Chester merchants have resorted either to Liverpool or the North Wales ports, and the customs at Chester have declined and prices risen. Therefore, no inhabitant of Chester to purchase Irish goods except at Chester, or unless custom has already been paid on the goods at Chester (fine, £10.).
Candles not to be sold over 2d. a pound (fine, 6/8 for every pound sold at a higher rate.).
