Title	Order re admission of 'strangers'

Description	Former order reaffirmed, that no stranger be admitted except on payment of a fine of £10. Certain exceptions to this rule, in favour of persons likely to be of profit to the community, have been so abused that they are absolutely withdrawn. (ZA/F/2/8).
