DescriptionWilliam Streete, beer-brewer, elected Councilman in place of Thomas Humphreys, deceased.
Six auditors were appointed to view the accounts of the Treasurers, Aldermen Mynshull and Jones.
It was ordered that the £450 paid in by the gentlemen of the County for the use of the inhabitants of the City should be made up to its full sum, and that Alderman Byrd should forthwith pay in the £50 in his hands, besides other monies due to the City from him. If he refused he should be sued.

Upon an action brought in the Pentice Court by the Mayor and Citizens (but in the right of and prosecuted by the Company of Innholders) against George Bradbury, the Mayor and Citizens had recovered £5: 6s: 0d damages and £2: 2s: 3d costs. On the petition of Bradbury it was now ordered that he should pay the Company of Innholders 40s., together with the £2: 2s: 3d costs, and that the remainder of the damages should be remitted to Bradbury.
It was ordered that Alderman Jonathan Ridge, formerly Ensign to Captain William Wright, now Mayor, should pay 30s. for his colours, which he pretended were lost, and that he should remit all disbursements which he might claim in respect of the Company.
