Description	Hugh Moulson elected Alderman in the stead of John Johnson, deceased. George Meacock elected Councilman in the stead of the said Hugh Moulson. John Ratcliffe, esq., elected to be of the City's learned Counsel. He was to have the accustomed yearly fee of £2: 13s: 4d.
