Title	Almsmen; City Charter
Date	11th Oct., 1664
Description	Edward Eyton, tailor, was chosen to be one of Vernon's almsmen in the place of Theodore Hughes, clothworker, deceased. The Treasurers were ordered to pay William King, esq., £10 in recompense of his care in `solliciting' for the procuring of the charter.
