Description	John Anderson, merchant, elected Alderman in the stead of Ralph Whitley, esq., deceased. He took the oaths and subscribed the declaration. Richard Levinge, esq., son of Richard Levinge, esq., late Recorder of the City, deceased, was elected a freeman.
