DescriptionRichard Spreston elected Alderman in the place of Christopher Blease, deceased, and Henry Bennett elected Councilman in the place of Sproston.
Captain Samuel Smyth was admitted to the freedom for £20 and a piece of plate worth £5.
It was ordered that Councilmen should wear their tippets at every Assembly.
It was also ordered that Sheriff Hand, Robert Cappics and John Anderson should pay fines of £5 each for being Sheriffs without first serving as Leave-lookers.
