DescriptionPetition of Phillip Horton, 'trunckmaker,' stating that he had served his apprenticeship in London and had been made free of City and Company there, and having come to these parts and married a freeman's daughter, had lived eight years in the City and had served the garrison. He asked to be admitted to the freedom. Note that it was referred to the next Assembly.
