DescriptionPetition from Thomas Everton, apprentice for four years to his brother in law, Lancelott Cowles, draper, who released him from his apprenticeship. Since then the petitioner has traded between Chester and Ireland, but lost his estate in Ireland in 'the late Rebellion', and therefore asks to be made free as an apprentice. Inscribed 'To bee free paying Fine.'
