DescriptionPetition of Phillip Horton, trunkmaker, stating that he has lived in the City for 26 years, he is growing old and one hand was injured in the late siege, and he has a helpless wife and five small children to maintain. He served his indentures for 8 years in London and is a freeman there. He asks to be admitted to the freedom. Note added by E. Massie supporting the petition. Note of voting. He was to be free as an apprentice.
